Welcome to the Department
of Radiology at Nassau University Medical Center
Our 30-room department performs over 150,000
examinations a year in all diagnostic radiology
subspecialty areas. We are a major teaching
center for radiology training. Our radiologists
have trained at some of the most prestigious
institutions in the country. Our
technical
and clerical staff is courteous and experienced
and our equipment is state of the art.
Our goal is provide the highest quality imaging
in a comfortable environment. Whether you need
a simple X-ray of your hand or a more complex
exam such as virtual colonoscopy or angiogram,
the radiology department at NUMC is ready to
serve you.
