Supervise goals and objectives of Nassau Health
Care Corporation's Labor Relations programs. Requires
knowledge of government legislation, FLSA, Worker's
Compensation and other regulatory agencies. Work
with Management and Union officials to successfully
mediate labor disputes including individual complaints
and grievances. Must have extensive knowledge
of the principles of Labor Relations including
federal, state and local legislation as it relates
to hospital labor relations. Thorough knowledge

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree

Director level. A Master's degree in Labor Relations
or Personnel Management may be substituted for
one year of nonspecific supervisory experience.
