About the Community Health Centers
We are now part of the Nassau Health Care Corporation, and an extension of the Nassau
University Medical Center. It means that, in addition to providing present services by
our medical staff, we will now also benefit from being part of a major medical center.
Our Health Care Providers offer continuity of care.
The Providers at your local health center will be able to consult with top specialists
from Nassau University Medical Center, for state-of-the-art clinical and therapeutic
expertise.
You can also look for future improvements. Like extended hours, rapid appointments
and an increasing array of specialty services.
