Welcome to the Pathology Residency Program at Nassau University Medical Center. The pathologist stands out as a key figure in our health care systems today.

The Pathology Residency Program is designed to help the graduate physicians acquire a broad knowledge of anatomic pathology and laboratory medicine; learn the techniques and methodologies required for continued professional growth; and develop teaching skills, research skills, and critical thinking habits. The Program produces expert consulting physicians by emphasizing the necessary skills for obtaining critical information from anatomic and clinical pathology specimens.
